Marqeta wins Best Card Issuing Platform award

We’re excited to win the 2020 Tearsheet Embedded Award for Best Card Issuing Platform. This is a special award win for us as it recognizes our core modern card issuing platform and the benefits it brings to our customers. 

The Tearsheet Embedded Awards recognize the best, most innovative players in the embedded finance and banking-as-a-service space. They are the financial industry’s top awards program focused on embedded finance and the ‘platformification’ of financial services.

Winners were announced on November 19th in a virtual ceremony to conclude the Tearsheet Embedded Conference. The conference brought together influential leaders from financial institutions (including Marqeta’s own Head of Digital Banking, Justin Wee) and other firms outside of finance who are interested in adopting financial services.
