Hidden The Real-Time Decisioning Insights Center’s Business Intelligence module provides advanced data analytics and reporting support. To access the Business Intelligence module, select Insights Center > Business Intelligence. Use the Business Intelligence module to:
  • Create and publish business intelligence reports to monitor the performance of fraud strategies and fraud operations.
  • Interpret alerts based on the key performance indicators and goals of your business to stay informed.
You can enable access to the Business Intelligence module when configuring a new Real-Time Decisioning account.

About the Business Intelligence module

The Business Intelligence module includes the following categories, which are accessible from the left-hand navigation panel:

Collections

Collections gather together all your saved reports, queries, and dashboards. You can create subcollections to organize content by team or by function. Select Your personal collection to view your drafts and personal projects.

Data

Select Browse Data > Database to view the tables in your data store:
  • Select the book icon icon labeled Learn about this table on the table tile to view your table metadata.
  • Select the x-ray icon icon labeled X-ray this table to access out-of-the-box reports on your table data.

Develop analytics

Select the New button in the upper right-hand corner of the Business Analytics dashboard to create new data analytics tools using one of the following methods:

QuestionUse a guided UI to develop reports.
SQL queryUse Structured Query Language (SQL) to query the database.
DashboardCombine multiple questions and queries into a publishable dashboard that can be shared across teams.
CollectionBuild one or more collections under the top-level collection to organize content by team or by function.
ModelConfigure a model from a SQL query that others can use to create reports.

Alerts and subscriptions

You can share your dashboards by email. To share a dashboard, configure a subscription that defines the email recipients and the frequency by which the refreshed dashboard is to be shared. You can also configure alerts for individual reports that contain a single metric in a time series, or a single progress metric.
