Self-service user management for the Disputes portal

Release date: 2026-10-01User Access Management (UAM) is now available for managing user access to the Disputes portal. UAM is a standalone interface, separate from the Disputes portal, where Customer Admins can invite users and assign their programs, products, and roles for the Disputes portal.With UAM, Customer Admins no longer need to contact Marqeta to grant, change, or remove a user’s Disputes portal permissions. Customer Admins can manage all of these tasks themselves through this new self-service tool.For more information, see Managing User Access with UAM.
