data[].config.transaction_controls.afd_hold_increase_override integer Conditionally returned	Overrides AFD (MCC 5542) `hold_increase.value` at the card product level with the specified value. Expressed in positive whole numbers and major units of the cardholder billing currency. If this field is not configured, the program-wide MCC-group `hold_increase.value` applies. Allowable Values: Any whole number
data[].config.transaction_controls.afd_minimum_hold_amount string Conditionally returned	Sets the automated fuel dispenser (AFD) pre-authorization threshold, in the card product’s currency, that triggers a hold increase. This field works together with `afd_hold_increase_override`: `afd_minimum_hold_amount` is the threshold, and `afd_hold_increase_override` is the amount Marqeta increases the hold to. Marqeta increases the authorization hold when the pre-authorization amount is at or below this threshold, or, for international transactions, when the local transaction amount is at or below this threshold. This field applies to transactions with merchant category code (MCC) 5542. If Marqeta doesn’t return the `afd_minimum_hold_amount` field or the value is `NONE`, the following applies: 1. The program-level default applies, if your Marqeta representative configured it. Contact your Marqeta representative to learn what it’s set to. 2. If there is no program-level default, Marqeta increases the hold only when the pre-authorization amount equals exactly $0 or $1. Allowable Values: An amount greater than 0.00, up to 10.00, in the card product’s currency; `NONE`
data[].config.transaction_controls.afd_preauth_expiration_hours integer Conditionally returned	Overrides the AFD (MCC 5542) pre-authorization hold expiration at the card product level with the specified value. Expressed in whole hours. If set to a value greater than `0`, this value takes priority over the program-level default, which is the network-provided expiration value, and the MCC-group configuration. Set to `0` to remove the override and fall through to the next value in the resolution order. Allowable Values: Any whole number of hours; `0` to remove the override

Allows cardholders to define a personal identification number (PIN) as they complete their first PIN-debit transaction. Allowable Values: `true`, `false` Default value: `false`
data[].config.transaction_controls.allow_gpa_auth boolean Conditionally returned	If set to `true`, transactions can be authorized using GPA funds. NOTE: For most programs, this field should be set to `true`. Allowable Values: `true`, `false` Default value: `true`
data[].config.transaction_controls.allow_mcc_group_authorization_controls boolean Conditionally returned	The MCC group`authorization_controls` object allows you to automatically increase authorization holds and to specify authorization expiration times based on merchant type. By default, these settings apply to all cards in your program. However, you can make cards that are associated with a particular card product exempt from increasing authorization holds by setting the `allow_mcc_group_authorization_controls` field to `false`. Doing so does not impact authorization expiration times. NOTE:Automated fuel dispenser (AFD) transactions (MCC 5542) ignore this field, because Marqeta will increase authorization holds for AFDs if the card product has been configured to do so. Allowable Values: `true`, `false` Default value: `true`
data[].config.transaction_controls.allow_network_load boolean Conditionally returned	Indicates whether card network loads are allowed. The associated card’s state must be `ACTIVE` or the load will be rejected. Allowable Values: `true`, `false` Default value: `false`

data[].config.transaction_controls.auth_control_default_behavior string Conditionally returned	Card-product-level override of the program-level authorization control default behavior. Set to `ALLOW` for blocklist semantics, where a matching authorization control declines the transaction and every other transaction is approved. Set to `DENY` for allowlist semantics, where only a matching authorization control approves the transaction and every other transaction is declined. If you leave this field unset, the program-level default applies. The program-level default isn’t independently configurable through the API. Contact your Marqeta representative to learn what your program-level default is set to. Allowable Values: `ALLOW`, `DENY`
data[].config.transaction_controls.av_accepted_countries_token string Conditionally returned	Determines the list of countries in which $0 account verification (AV) transactions are allowed. To receive `av_accepted_countries_token` in the response, you must configure it. By default, this field is not set and `accepted_countries_token` determines the allowed list of countries for AV transactions. `accept_us_only` allows AV transactions only from the US. `decline_ofac_countries` allows AV transactions from any country except those the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) have identified as high risk. `DISABLED` means `accepted_countries_token` determines the allowed list of countries for AV transactions instead. Allowable Values: `accept_us_only`, `decline_ofac_countries`, `DISABLED`, additional Admin-defined tokens
data[].config.transaction_controls.enable_partial_auth_approval boolean Conditionally returned	Set to `true` to enable partial authorizations. When this setting is `false` and the requested authorization amount exceeds available funds, the transaction is declined. When this setting is `true` and the requested authorization amount exceeds available funds, the transaction is authorized for the amount of available funds. Note: Automated fuel dispenser (AFD) transactions (MCC 5542) ignore this field, as Marqeta will always partially approve AFD pre-authorizations if the transaction payload field `partial_approval_capable` is enabled. Allowable Values: `true`, `false` Default value: `true`
data[].config.transaction_controls.ignore_card_suspended_state boolean Conditionally returned	Allows transactions to be approved even if the card’s `state = SUSPENDED`. When this field is set to `true`, the card behaves as if its `state = ACTIVE`. Allowable Values: `true`, `false` Default value: `false`
