Everything you won’t want to miss at Money20/20, from Marqeta

Money20/20 is less than a month away. This year, we're bringing flexible credentials, embedded finance and stablecoin to the main stage, and opening our doors to conversations about what a payments program looks like when it couples flexibility with control.

We'll be at Wakuda for private meetings, hosting an exclusive evening at Juliet Cocktail Room, and taking the stage to talk about what's next in the payments industry. Here's what to expect:

The conversations we're having this year

The theme running through everything Marqeta is doing at Money20/20 this year is one we've been building toward for a while. The future of payments isn't a choice between cards and everything else, between scale and stability, or between innovation and reliability. It's all of it, on one platform.

That framing is showing up in every conversation we're having with customers and prospects right now. Enterprise programs that need to move fast without rebuilding from scratch. Card issuing that grows into a full embedded finance platform. Stablecoin settlement running alongside card issuing on the same infrastructure, not bolted on as a separate build. It's the same principle applied across different use cases: one platform, no trade-offs.

See Marqeta on stage

Marqeta CEO Mike Milotich takes the stage twice during the show.

On Monday, he will join OnePay CTO Moe Matar for a fireside chat, The Payment's Possibilities Are Endless, but Not Always Scalable. They'll explore what it actually takes to bring ambitious payment experiences to life at scale, and how stablecoins and agentic commerce will shape the next chapter of embedded finance.

Monday, Oct. 19, 4:40–5:00pm | MoneyPot Stage

On Tuesday, he heads to the MoneyPot Podcast Booth for The Overlooked Forces Shaping Payments. As embedded finance goes mainstream and stablecoins, flexible credentials, agentic commerce, and multinational issuing reshape money movement, he'll share what's getting overlooked, and which structural shifts will determine what scales.
