&lt;p&gt;As Marqeta’s &lt;strong&gt;Salesforce Administrator&lt;/strong&gt;, you will serve as a technology partner for our stakeholders leveraging Salesforce including GTM, customer onboarding, customer success and other cross-functional teams.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Your chief aim is to improve operational excellence and customer experiences by configuring Salesforce using SFDC Administrator best practices and solid engineering fundamentals in an Agile framework.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You are expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, review business requirements, perform system administrator functions, increase data integrity, improve system performance, maintain integrations and automate business processes.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT dept and other engineering teams&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Execute release management processes to achieve high quality deployments&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support user access, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check and Optimizer&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain high sprint velocity goals and estimate work effort&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Participate in daily standups and perform stakeholder demos&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;3-5 years of Salesforce Admin experience (configure, customize, support)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salesforce Administrator Certification&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salesforce CPQ Certification&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;DocuSign admin experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Experience Cloud&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience working with a Contract Lifecycle Management solution&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with with complex multi-phase projects&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience configuring integrations with sales and marketing SaaS products&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clear communication skills (verbal and written)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong declarative knowledge, understands tradeoffs of using code&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to systematically troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to reliably prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision&lt;/li&gt;
